So in we go to the skin factory. I was nervous but really wanted to get this done. They carefully marked my nipples then I laid down holding my BF's hand. They grip your nipple with a gizmo like a hemostat with a hold in the center for the needle..in it goes..a very sharp pinch..I shouted oh EDIT..blinked back tears and it was done..then on to the second one..I though oh great well im not going for one . My only problem was that he used too small of a capture ring and they kept flipping up and my nipples would not heal. I went back in and a more expierenced peircer took a look and changed them out for larger ones. Its been two years I cant leave them out for more than a few hours I change back from rings to bars.
