ive wanted my tongue pierced for a while now and i finally got my mom to say yes. so we head up to the piercing shop and i talk to the piercer sign the release form and a few minutes later im sitting in the chair but i was a little nervous because my gf my sister and my friend were all standing there because they wanted to watch before we actually arived at the shop they kept tellin me about how thiers felt when they got them done and they also kept asking me if i was nervous i was kinda nervous till we got there then i got really nervous they piercer made me go stand outside and cool down cuz i was really warm so after i came back in i was ready i sat in the chair and he put the clamps on he centered the clamps and picked up the needle putting the tip to my tongue he counted 1,2,3 and he pushed the needle through the first layer hurt the most the rest was nothin my mom who was standing near by said she heard a pop and turned around to see my head twitch and my pigment all disapear then he put the jewelry in and pulled the needle out after the jewelry was in it bled a little he dabbed it off and put on the ball then he made me put the cloth in my mouth for a minute. i guess i looked a little sick so he started trying to cool me off with the top of a container which he used as a fan it worked and a minute or two later i was up and paying after paying and getting all my aftercare info i left on the way home i didnt experience much pain my speech was normal with the excetion of the occasional mispronounced word. i got home and ate three ice pops cuz they were cold and felt good on my tongue after my gf and friend left i ate ramen noodles and that was fukin hard because my tongue was starting to swell up and hurt so swollowing the noodles was hard as hell but i figured out how to get them past the bar without getting them caught. although ive only had the piercing for not even a day i love it and dont regret it at all and would recomend anyone who wants one to get one.
