the ears are the simplest piercing, it's the cheapest, the easiest, and least painful. do it yourself or have a friend do it for you. i had an older friend named blake who had his ears pierced. i had never thought about it but seemed like a "cool" thing to have. we should have just bought the needle ($1.50) and some alcohol pads (2.00), but we ended up buying the guns, which suck! for the ears you don't even need the needles. the tissue is so soft the piercing can be easily pushed through to the other side. mark the ears evenly so you don't get one too far up or too far down, but do NOT pay money to have some idiot from claire's or piercing pagoda to pierce ears.
