I pierced my nipples on January 12, 2006 and have never looked back! It's now been over 13 months and I thought I'd post an update on my progress. Originally, I used a 12ga piercing needle and installed 14ga barbells, but since then I've upsized to 8ga and have never been more pleased.
My nipples are still extremely sensitive and fill me with erotic joy whenever I, or my lover touches them. I decided to enlarge my holes so that I could wear suspension hooks through my tits and all I could find were #8s. I've recently started wearing 3/4" dia. 8ga SS circular barbells with large balls and I LOVE the added stimulation I get whenever they swing about. My girlfriend also likes to grab onto my rings when we're in the throes of passion and I certainly encourage her at every turn. She also likes to bite and kiss my tender buttons, which works me into a frenzy. Needless to say, she knows that I'm a slave to her attention there!
Piercing my nipples was quite a painful process. The skin was very tough and the flesh resisted the needle like leather. I'm not sure just why it was like that, but I did it myself and grunted for nearly 5 minutes with each nipple. I'm sure that it all would have been a different story had I gone to a professional piercer. That said, I think that it was entirely worth the pain and I've been amply rewarded with wonderfully erotic pleasure. I'm discussing with my lover to add a vertical piercing to each nipple and she's agreed to push the needle through my flesh. Outstanding!
