i decided to get my piercings done on my 18th birthday, but my birthday was on a sunday and the shop wasnt open. i went the next day before my anatomy class at the college. i was psyced. i couldnt wait. i got in, filled out the paperwork and let shayne, my piercer set up. i sat on the table and he marked where they would go. it probably took about 15 min. for him to mark because i was so excited/nervous that i kept shaking. once i finally calmed down, he put the forceps on (which with my horizontal ones was the worst part). he told me to take a deep breath in and out and after a little pinch the first one was in. the second hurt a little bit but thats because i was watching and it was more of a shock. about a week ago i went and got my vertical piercings. these hurt the worst. i would never go back. despite the pain they are the best thing that i have......
