My coworker and I decided it would be fun to go get our nipples pierced since we both had our tongues already. So on a Saturday after she got off work (I had the day off) we went to the tattoo place. We went there because the peircer did my tongue and did a really good job and was really professional.
The piercer has this thing, where he pierces with the highest gage possible (my tongue is a 12) and so I asked what he was gonna do my nips with, and he said 12 as well, and I got a little nervous.
So my coworker and I got in the room, and I decided I was gonna go first. He dicussed with us the jewerly options, and I decided to get a captive ring. So he cleaned my nipples and marked out the holes with ink (using about 1 million pairs of gloves in the process) He explained to us all about after care and such, and that we can't change the jewelry for 4-6 months (!!!) So he told me to lay back on the table (was already shirtless obviously) and he put the clamps on and told me to just keep breathing and after a little pinch, the first one was done.
I sat up after the first one cause I got a little light headed when he was messing with the jewelry and the back of the table was completely covered in sweat. Same thing happened with the second one, but when I sat up again, I didn't realize it, but there was blood pouring down my boob. I was like "hmm, that's interesting." It stopped after a few minutes and I left the place to go see my boyfriend.
It's been a week, and they're healing nicely. For the first few days I wore a sports bra, with a tube top over so they were kinda just squashed down. I use my sea salt and softsoap every day as instructed. They only problem is that since they're healing, they're FREAKIN ITCHY!! There's kinda a crust that forms from the hole to the ring, so when the ring shifts it itches. It's pretty annoying, but I'm happy with them. I think they look good and have been showing them off to everyone who will look.
