I went with my girlfriend to get mt rook pierced and she wanted an orbital. She went first while I watched. It was really bloody, and look SUPER painful. By the time she finished I had already chickened out, but decided to get my nostril pierced instead. I don't care what everyone says. THAT HURT LIKE A BIOTCH. A little sharp pinch my butt. I have my tongue and navel pierced and that hurt 10 times worse than those. I really think you cant judge pain by what every one tells you because evryones body is different. (I must have ALOT of nerves in my nose). It's really cute but I'm having some allergy sinus issues right now and that nostril keeps clogging behind the piercing. I had to clean it out lastnight (I know gross, but necesary) when I did it pulled the end of the screw till it pointed torwards the outside of my nose. This caused the stud to stick about 1/4" out the top of my nose and if I pressed it in it would float right back up again. I took a Q-tip and pushed it so the end of the screw was pointing deep into the back of my nostril which corrected the prob now it sits flush. The hardest thing about this piercing so far has been not touching, scratching, and rubbing it. I am a major face toucher. I've almost ripped it out 3 times in the past 48 hrs. It's really cute though and I'm glad I did it, sometimes those spur of the moment ideas are really great ones.
