Description:

Moving from 8 ga to 0 ga took a little doing. I tried using stretching tapers but they hurt too much. I was able to stretch the piercing in two size increments but hanging a fishing weights (sinkers) on either side of the barbell and wearing them for a few hours each day. Also hot showers with them on did the trick and painlessly. It took about 3-4 days to stretch to each size I was targeting. I was able to go from 12 to 8 to 4 to 2 gauge in about 3 weeks and painlessly. The move from 2 to 0 took about 5 days and was sore for the first week or so, in fact I took the barbell out as it was very uncomfortable but some additional stretching and it was fine. Meanwhile my wife was unaware of what was going on, kept it a secret until I got to 0 gauge and surprised her one night. After she recovered from her surprise she was very eager to try it out and despite a little required manuevering - was most enjoyable. Attached are some 0 guage pix of the barball I wear most of the time. Next installment - the move to 00 gauge. Piercedncut.
