Well to start off, I first had my web done in my bathroom by my older sister on Valentines Day. I had only really thought about doing it once and then she just said she would do it. I didn't even feel it a bit. We used a big old sewing needle. And it was not frozen. Eating was a tricky experience, I got used to it pretty quick though. Right now I have a 14 gauge ring in it. The next tongue web piercing happened about a month after the first in my kitchen, again done by my sister. It hurt a little bit more, and is higher, but now I have two so it is pretty sweet. It has a straight 14 gauge barbell in it. I love them very much and am thinking about putting a third in. My parents have no idea that I have them, and I don't plan on telling them. They never really got infected but for the first 2 weeks I rinsed my mouth out with salt water. If you’re not scared to do one yourself just go for it, it makes the experience more interesting and is pretty cheap. If you are not sure where to insert the needle just look around the internet at pictures. I'm out.
