I went to get a cartiledge piercing for my 13th birthday, but by then they had made a law here in Idaho that I needed to be 14. So, a year later, I went back, and got two cartiledge piercings in my left ear. They didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought, and really weren't much worse than my lobe piercings, although the second one hurt more than the first. I absolutely love them and next I want to get an industrial piercing...
